Meditation Connection

The Meditation Connection Series is developed for people who are new to meditating, in addition for people who are in the process of establishing their own unique method of entering into a meditative state.

It’s also great for people who wish to simply relax and follow along in a guided meditation.

Each recording is a different style of a guided process to settle into a meditative state.  They are based upon the processes I learned over decades of meditating and doing energy work.

These guided meditation connection styles are some of my favorites and I would like to share them with you to assist you in establishing your journey of tapping into your own deep inner wisdom and spirituality.

Each recording is heart-centered, allowing you to access the power of your Source Center.

You may use each meditation connection as its own full meditative practice.

You may use each meditation connection as a beginning process to further relax into a meditative state, as some people like to stay in the expanded energy even longer after the meditation connection is complete.

Some clients have used these practices as a springboard to develop their own process of accessing a deep meditative state.  

I’ve added a bonus recording of a closing practice to complete any of the meditation connection recordings, or after you have stayed in your own meditation, as a way to anchor back into your body after being in an expanded meditative state.
